Telephone Outage - We are currently experiencing a telephone outage which is affecting a number of practices in Calderdale.  We are able to offer limited telephone contact during this time which will mean a longer wait for our patients before the the phone is answered. 

Please note there is no disruption to our surgery, where you have an appointment please attend as normal.  Thank you for your patience.

If you require urgent medical assistance and the surgery is closed, please phone 111.  Calls to the NHS 111 service are free from both landlines & mobiles.

The management team are happy to help with any non-medical problems, or to receive any complaints or suggestions regarding the service offered by the surgery. Complaints are generally accepted in a written format.

Reception

The receptionists will assist you in making emergency and routine appointments to see the doctors or the nurses. They will also give details of how to obtain repeat prescriptions, answer the telephone and deal with enquiries. They have a difficult job to do so please be patient. Please ask a receptionist for somewhere more private if you need to speak to them in confidence. Receptionists are available to patients from 08:00 until 18:30 in person or on the telephone.
