Prescriptions

Repeat Prescriptions

Patients can order repeat prescriptions due within the next seven days using the online service via the link at the top of this page. In order to access the service you can register on the NHS app. You can use your passport or driving licence to register for access to medical records through the app.

Repeat prescriptions can not be ordered over the phone.

These should be requested 48 hours in advance if possible and can then be collected from Monday to Friday after 13:00. Requests for certain medication/prescriptions (items only deemed urgent by the doctor) during surgery hours will not be refused, but patients seeing the doctor for other health matters have priority; therefore you may have to wait.

Medication Reviews

Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
